Chiropractic care
Adjustment that suits your body, not a house style.
Three techniques, chosen for you. If manual adjusting isn't for you, the Activator gives us a precise low-force option that gets the same job done.
What it is
A chiropractic adjustment restores movement to a joint that isn't moving as it should. What varies between clinics is how that's delivered — and most practise a single house style. We don't. Kalvin and Matt between them cover Diversified, Gonstead and Activator, so the technique is matched to your body, your presentation and your comfort.
The Activator option
The Activator is a small hand-held instrument that delivers a controlled, precisely targeted impulse. No twisting, no cracking, and no sudden movement. It's the option we reach for when someone is nervous about manual adjusting, is in acute pain, or simply prefers a gentler approach — and both our chiropractors are experienced with it.
Diversified and Gonstead
Diversified is the manual technique most people picture when they think of chiropractic. Gonstead is a more analytical approach, built on specific assessment of the segment involved before anything is adjusted. Matt has decades of clinical experience across both.
What happens first
Nothing gets adjusted before it's assessed. We take the time to work out what's actually driving the problem — how you move, work, train and recover — and you'll leave understanding the plan and roughly how long it should take.
